At Giselle Crafts, we offer delivery services through trusted third-party shipping providers. Currently, we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method, and payment will be made when the order is received.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on location and third-party carrier availability. Typically, orders will arrive within 3 to 4 days from the date of shipment. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, including the tracking number if available.

5. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders, or shipping fees are calculated based on your location at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if applicable). Please check your spam folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

7. Delivery Issues

If there are any delivery issues or delays, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue. At this time, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. We do not accept any other form of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
